PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE BEFORE PURCHASING.  All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Before you purchase ammunition from this Website, you must agree to our terms, which includes your guarantee that you have checked with your local laws and that those local laws allow you to purchase, and receive the ammunition that you purchase.  By purchasing, you are guaranteeing your compliance with your local, state, and federal law.

Customer Affirms:

1. I am currently twenty one (21) years old or older if purchasing handgun ammunition or eighteen (18) years or older if purchasing rifle ammunition.
2. By selling or delivering ammunition to me, Fury Bullet co. is not violating any state or local law.
3. I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over a year.
4. I am not a fugitive from justice.
5. I have not been adjudicated as mentally ill and I have not been committed to any mental institution.
6. I am not an unlawful user or addicted to ant controlled substance.
7. I am not an illegal or unlawful alien
8. I have never been discharged from the armed forces under dishonorable conditions
9. I have not renounced my citizenship.
10. I am not subject to any restraining order
11. I have not been convicted of misdemeanor or felony crime of domestic violence.
    

PRIVACY POLICY

When you place an order, we request your name, phone number, billing address, shipping address, credit card number, expiration date, and 3 digit security code.  

We consider this information to be private. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site. We do not share your information with anyone.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping policy restrictions are a summary provided as a convenience and is not intended to be conclusive. It is up to the user to determine the laws in the users state and local jurisdiction.

Shipping time: Most orders will ship in 1 to 3 days provided the items ordered are in stock.

Orders typically are not processed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive.  Shipping times will be estimates.

WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.  

REFUNDS

Due to liability reasons.   No returns or refunds are accepted.
